We need to see you in our store for measurement of your ears and to fit the Agility Hearing Aids. If you have recently visited us, we can ship your hearing aids to you by Fed Ex (within California only) ground for a one-way shipping and handling fee of $35.00.

The FlexAgility^® program is flexible, but most people enjoy the trial aids for one week.

All of our hearing aids offer advanced noise-reduction technology that is customized to your specific hearing loss. Our hearing aids automatically help you hear your best in all types of conversations and adjust to different listening environments. Whether background noise is high or you’re in a quieter environment, you can enjoy effortless, natural hearing.

If you don’t like your trial hearing aids, return them at your next appointment, or drop them off at our store during normal business hours. If you don’t like them you can walk away and owe absolutely nothing.

If you love the difference our hearing aids make in your life, we’re here to make it easy. Using our website, you can pre-order your favorite model in your preferred color. You will take your devices home the same day you return your trial hearing aids.

Hearing aid prices are “unbundled.” This means that you pay a low price when you buy, and then pay for maintenance visits as needed. At Agility Hearing, we believe that the choice should be yours to visit as often (or as little) as you need.

All of our hearing aids have a warranty for replacement if lost or damaged beyond repair (deductible applies). Contact clinic (408) 358-5123 for warranty dates.

At Agility Hearing, your regular maintenance visits are $40.00. We recommend scheduling a visit twice a year. We will clean your devices and replace minor parts in our lab.

You keep the same pair of Agility hearing aids. Simply bring in your latest audiogram during an appointment and we will re-program the aids to match your updated thresholds.
